<p>The valve has a closure part (15) for a valve aperture (14) between air connection (12) and outlet (19) to the exhaust system. A back pressure valve (20) is positioned behind the closure part. Devices (24,27) between outlet and back pressure valve deflect an exhaust gas flow from the outlet through at least 90degrees. The devices include a baffle plate (24), which is located at right angles to the valve opening (23), and separates an antechamber (35) facing the back pressure valve from a deflection chamber connected to the outlet. The valve housing consists of two parts (11,28), and the lower part (28) has external cooling ribs (29).</p> |
