PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and rigidity of a tire without significantly increasing the weight of the tire. SOLUTION: The tire 10 has a tread 14 disposed at the radial outside of a carcass 12, a sidewall 16 crossing the tread 14 by a shoulder 18, and a belt package 20 radially positioned between the carcass 12 and the tread 14. A belt reinforcing structure (belt package) 20 comprises a first cut belt layer 24 and a second cut belt layer 26 disposed at the radial outside. The width after curing of the first cut belt layer 24 generally equals to the foot print width.
