MOLDING METHOD FOR COMPONENT OF AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for the component of an automobile constituted so as to achieve the integration of a material for the components of the automobile and making the physical properties of an obtained automobile resin molded product equal to or higher than those of a conventional full-compound product. SOLUTION: A powdery or granular material comprising respective ingredients being (A)-(C) is charged in a molding machine and the respective ingredients are melted and kneaded in the molding machine and molded to obtain the component of the automobile. The respective ingredients are 30-95 wt.% of a polypropylene resin (A), 5-70 wt.% of a master batch (B) including 60-20 wt.% of a polypropylene resin (B-1) and 40-80 wt.% of talc (B-2) with a mean particle size of 1-9μm and 0.1-40 wt.% of a rubber and/or polyethylene (C).
