PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay with high productivity for simply measuring an operation property from outside even in the middle of assembly. SOLUTION: A pair of operation holes 51, 52 for operating a movable contact piece 62 from outside are disposed on fixed contact bases 71, 81 so that the holes 51, 52 comes to symmetric at opposed sides of a center line connecting a pair of connect terminals arranged side by side. Out of sealing cover 45, fitting clearance holes 47 capable of inserting a gas venting pipe 21 is disposed at a position just above the operation hole 52 and the remaining other operation hole 51 is coated therewith.
