SOLUTION: The rotating-electric machine 100 is equipped with a case 1, a stator 2, a rotor 4, and oil 9. The stator 2 comprises a stator core 21 and a coil 22. The oil 9 is reserved at the bottom of the case 1 having volume resistivity in a range of 10<SP>2</SP>-10<SP>9</SP>Ωcm. Then, a part of the coil 22 is soaked in the oil 9.
