PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an electronic part simultaneously realizing contradictory specifications on an improvement in a performance and the improvement in a durability, in which the electronic part is miniaturized, a high-density mounting is realized and an adverse effect on an apparatus is eliminated, by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The electronic part has a plurality of elements, pairs of terminals formed to a plurality of the elements respectively, pairs of lead terminals connected at the terminals and a packaging material covering the elements and parts of the lead terminals.
