PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide, a plural wavelength light source device, and an analytical device that can reduce the number of components and easily adjust positions of a plurality of light sources. SOLUTION: The light guide 2 is equipped with a light source holding part 21, which positions and holds a plurality of LEDs 3 respectively; an incidence opening 24, on which lights emitted by the LEDs 3 are made individually incident; and an emission opening 25, which emits the respective lights made incident from the incidence opening 24 to a specified direction, wherein the light source holding part 21, incidence opening 24, and emission opening 25 are an integrated formation member, made of a transparent material.
