PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which makes it easy to set the visual angle of a display device whose visual angle is controllable. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment to which the display device whose visual angle is controllable is connected has a display control part which controls the visual angle of the display device according to whether an audio output device is connected to an audio signal output terminal. Based upon whether or not the audio output device is connected, the visual angle of the display device is controlled to enable visual angle control over the display device corresponding to the audio output device.
