PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weigher, having an overload protecting means which can protects a load cell with respect to overloads, even in the case the load cell is not fixed to a frame or the like in the weigher. SOLUTION: In the weigher equipped with the load cell 12, a weighing dish 11 is supported by one end of the load cell 12, and its other end is attached to a support leg 15 via a plate spring 14, and the leading end of the support leg 15 is positioned at a hole formed at an approximately central section of the load cell 12, and a first regulating member 20 which regulates vertical movements of the weighing dish 11, is disposed on the upper end of the support leg 15 at a prescribed spacing D1 from the rear face of the weighing dish 11, and a second regulating member 19 which regulates vertical movements of the weighing dish, is disposed on the end of the load cell 12 at a prescribed spacing D2 (D2
