PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prescribe tightening force of a bolt and to visually manage a loosening state. SOLUTION: This bolt tightening force detecting seat is composed of washers 1, 3, an elastic body 2, a ring 4 and a bar 5, the bar 5 integrated with the ring 4 tightens the bolt approximately at a horizontal position, and detects the deflection of the elastic body 2 on the basis of the propriety of the rotation of the ring 4 to prescribe the tightening force, and the ring 4 is rotated by the self-weight of the bar 5 to automatically display the loosening state when very small loosening is generated.
