PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-type storage device light, practical, easy to operate and convenient in unwinding or winding/storing a bendable piece material for uniformly storing the bendable piece material while effectively preventing the expansion or looseness, stay and tanglement of a winding layer. SOLUTION: The device comprises an approximately cylindrical shell body having a side face opening portion and a storage space, a center rotating shaft installed in the storage space of the approximately cylindrical shell body, a rotating shaft spring set including a starting end to be inserted and fixed onto the center rotating shaft and a terminal end connected and fixed to the starting end of the bendable piece material, and an annular spring set installed between the approximately cylindrical shell body and the rotating shaft spring set. The rotating shaft spring set is turned corresponding to the center rotating shaft for unwinding the bendable piece material via the side face opening portion of the approximately cylindrical shell body or winding and storing the bendable piece material into the storage space, and at the same time the rotating shaft spring set energizes the bendable piece material to the outside and the annular spring set energizes the bendable piece material to the inside to form the tight winding layer in the bendable piece material.
