PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for preventing provision of food of deteriorated quality to consumers, and improving quality of storage/transport in distribution processes. SOLUTION: This radio tag device comprises various sensors to detect necessary data for determining quality of bottled drinks, and it is mounted on a bottle. The radio tag device makes quality determination based on detection data by the sensors. Radio reading devices 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 are provided on different positions in the communication processes to read detection data by the sensors and result of quality determination from the radio tag device. The data are sent through a network 40 to a data server 30. The radio reading devices 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 transmit the data to the data server 30 as the data are related to information to identify the position in the communication process, and/or information to identify a transport means.
