PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a giveaway storage case for use with a bottle, which saves a space, is simple to assemble, can be adjusted in size, requires a small display space and is convenient to store in a corrugated fiberboard box. SOLUTION: A blank is formed as follows: bottom flaps 29 and 31 for locking the bottom part of a bottle plug are continuously formed on the lower rims of front and rear side walls 20 and 21, respectively; bottom bonding flaps 30 and 32 are continuously formed on the lower rims of the front and rear side walls 20 and 21, respectively; a lid face 25 and an insertion piece 28 are continuously formed on the the upper rim of the rear sidewall 21; lid receiving pieces 26 and 27 are continuously formed on the upper rims of first and second side face walls 22 and 23, respectively; bottom bonding receiving flaps 33 and 34 are continuously formed on the lower rims of the first and second side face walls 22 and 23, respectively; and a gluing allowance piece 24 is continuously formed on the first side face wall 22. The flaps of the blank are folded and overlapped to form an automatic lock bottom type sleeve, and when the blank is assembled, a case having a diamond-shaped locking hole 41 formed on its bottom 40 is obtained.
