PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle rupture-proof member of pulp mold for preventing both rupture and scratch of a bottle, facilitating its installation, reducing its cost and applying a certain care for environment. SOLUTION: This bottle rupture-proof member has a plurality of concave-curve surface supporting portions 2, 3 formed along an outer shape of a barrel of a bottle 6. The rupture-proof member is folded along a folding line (a hinge part) 4 arranged at the central part of a major portion having one or a plurality of semi-circular concave-curve surface major supporting portions 2 extending along the outer shape of the barrel at the bottle 6 and having quarter circle concave curve-shaped sub-supporting portions 3 formed at both sides in such a way that the portions 2, 3 may be arranged outside, and then a space is held between the bottles 6 in a packaging box by pushing the member into a space between the barrels of the bottles 6 arranged side by side in the packaging box.
