PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a food container having no possibility of damaging food to be formed, realize a sheet for food container and a food container that can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a sheet for food container having some features that the sheet is defined into a rectangular bottom plate, side walls cooperatively adjacent to each of four sides defining the rectangular bottom plate and four folding pieces cooperatively connecting the side edges of the adjoining side walls, folding lines are formed at a cooperating part between the rectangular bottom plate and each of the side walls, folding lines are formed at a cooperating part among both side edges of the side walls cooperatively adjacent to the two opposite sides of the rectangular bottom plate and folding pieces, weakening lines are formed at cooperating portions among both side edges of the side walls cooperatively adjacent to other two opposite sides of the rectangular bottom plate and the folding pieces, and the weakening lines are formed on lines extending from each of the top points at the rectangular bottom plate to divide the folding pieces.
