PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel spinner for a vehicle where the rotational speed of a wheel spinner changes relative to the rotational speed of a wheel and a visual decorative effect due to the various change of the wheel spinner is enhanced thereby to visually feel a sense of speed for a vehicle and enhance a visual effect for devotees to automobiles and motor cycles. SOLUTION: The wheel spinner for the vehicle is composed of a rotating shaft coaxially provided on the center of the wheel through a wheel connecting member, a wheel spinner body which is rotatable centering around the rotating shaft and positioned at the outside surface of the wheel, and a rotation stop release means stopping a relative rotation between the wheel spinner body and the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft is at the rotation stop position.
