PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an inkjet head that can unerringly prevent interference of ink pressures in ink nozzles with each other . SOLUTION: Thin plate portions 21a and 21b that are elastically deformable in an out-of-plane direction are formed in the part of nozzle plate 2 blocking concave portions 13a and 13b to form split common ink chambers 7a and 7b of an inkjet head 1 as a pressure variation cushioning member to prevent pressure interference among ink nozzles. The thin plate portions 21a and 21b have nearly the same Y-direction length as the split common ink chambers 7a and 7b, the X-direction width W (21) smaller than the opening width W (7) of the split common ink chambers 7a and 7b, are formed in the position nearer to the end 71 on the side far from a discrete ink chamber 6 in the split common ink chambers 7a and 7b, and the width direction center of the thin plate portions 21a and 21b nearly accords with the center of an ink inlet 15a.
