PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorber which solves a problem of requiring a strict construction such as the connection or grounding of conventional electromagnetic shield members, a problem of screen lambency or a malfunction caused by reflection radio waves in an office, or a problem of selectively absorbing only a radio wave of a specific frequency in which it is not necessary to install radio wave absorbers all over the room, and which solves a problem of appearance without a sense of incompatibility even if the radio wave absorber is installed in a part of the room.
