PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device for a vehicular air-conditioner capable of suppressing non-execution of a cabin air-conditioning computer program by a CPU 251 even when a non-volatile memory 25b becomes abnormal. SOLUTION: The electronic control device comprises a CPU 251, a non-volatile memory 25b to maintain the storage of the air-conditioning constants A, B, C and D, and a ROM 252 to store alternative values A', B', C' and D' used in place of the air-conditioning constants A, B, C and D. The CPU 251 executes the air-conditioning computer program by using the air-conditioning constants A, B, C and D when the air-conditioning constants A, B, C and D stored in the non-volatile memory 25b are determined normal. Further, the CPU 251 executes the air-conditioning computer program by using the alternative values A', B', C' and D' stored in the ROM 252 when the air-conditioning constants A, B, C and D are determined abnormal.
