PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a game ball easy to enter a ball entrance port on a side of one end wherein the game ball passes through the outer side of the one end of a ball entrance port row consisting of a plurality of the ball entrance ports displaying mahjong pieces. SOLUTION: The mahjong pachinko machine 10 is provided with a game board 22 having the ball entrance port row 34 consisting of a plurality of the ball entrance ports 30 displaying the mahjong pieces respectively, a shot lever 32 for shooting the game ball at the game board 22, a guide rail 71 for guiding the game ball shot by a shot means 32 along the outer side of the one end of the row 34 to discharge the game ball from above the row 34, a midway discharge port 72 formed above the one end side of the row 34 and on the guide rail 71 and able to discharge the game ball and a counter flow ball discharge mechanism 60 for admitting that the game ball shot by the shot lever 32 passes through and discharging a returning game ball from the midway discharge port 72.
