PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of preventing a used puncture tool from being erroneously used and therefore preventing infection by this erroneous use. SOLUTION: The puncture device 1 according to the present invention is used by fixing a tip 2 having a casing 3 and a puncture needle 5 in a casing to the casing 3. The puncture device 1 has a device body 4 having a loading portion 41 for loading the tip 2 a stopper 6 disposed in the device body 4 and having abutting portion 62 to which the casing 3 abuts and a push and press portion 63 which is pushed and pressed by the puncture needle 5, the loading portion 41 of the tip 2 is prevented from loading by the casing 3 abutting to the abutting portion 62 of the stopper 6 in the loading portion 41 when the used tip 2 is inserted into the loading portion 41, and the tip 2 is allowed to be loaded to the loading portion 41 by the puncture needle 5 pushing and pressing the press and push portion 63 of the stopper 6 in the loading portion 41 to evacuate the stopper 6 outside of the loading portion 41 when an unused tip 2 is inserted into the loading portion 41.
