<p>A structure and a construction method for an outer wall of a building easily constructed while providing the excellent habitability of traditional Japanese houses, the outer wall wherein a knitted bamboo sheet (2) formed by vertically and laterally combining and knitting materials manufactured by thinly cutting out bamboo along the direction of the fibers thereof is stuck on a base panel (1) forming a frame material, and a surface constituent material (5) is applied onto the surface of the knitted bamboo sheet (2) on the opposite side of the base panel (1). The construction method comprises a step for sticking the knitted bamboo sheet (2) on the base panel (1) by using the knitted bamboo sheet (2) pre-formed in the shape above, a step for building the base panel (1) on which the knitted bamboo sheet (2) is stuck in the framework of the structure of the building, and a step for applying the surface constituent material (5) on the surface of the knitted bamboo sheet (2) on the opposite side of the base panel (1).</p> |
