The irrigation system for burial chambers, with an integrated check valve, is equipped with at least one surface (2) located beneath the chamber cover (5) to catch seepage water entering therein and terminates in front of an interacting surface (3) so that an opening (4) to the chamber area is created and which is temporarily closed off by an elastic lip (6). The elastic lip provides ingress of seepage water into the chamber area but prevents the rising of gases from the chamber.
