<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic signature approval data transmission method and apparatus that clarifies a document to be approved by a particular responsible person. <P>SOLUTION: A document approval processing section 20 receives entry of propriety of approval of an approval object document from an approved person while allowing the approved person to browse the approval object document.
