<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power information processing system, enabling utility companies to positively assist photovoltaic power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Four participants, consisting of the utility company, a management center, solar panel installing worker, and an appliance user through a wide-area information network. The solar panel installing worker informs the management center of the solar power generation amount, own power consumption, and the power storage amount when it has a storage unit. The appliance user informs the management center about the power consumption of the appliance. The management center informs the utility company on the information from the solar panel installer and the appliance user. The electric power company, corresponding to the information received from the management center, pays counter value for sales of electricity, from the solar panel installing vender, and receives counter value for energy consumption of the appliance user as a solar power charge. The relation, between respective counter values, is specified such that: solar power charge of the solar panel installing worker < solar power charge of the appliance user < commercial power charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
