<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which can be easily fitted to a prop, and a fitting band which can be used as a part of the lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device is mainly composed of a lamp body 10, a fitting band 20 which can be wound around the prop P, and bolts 30 fixing the lamp body 10 to the fitting band 20. The lamp body is composed of a lamp main body 10a open downward, and a fitted part 10b arranged at a lower back side of the lamp main body 10a.
