<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transport and store a substrate such as a glass substrate for displaying without breaking and without sticking of dust or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This tray is equipped with a frame member 12 formed into a rectangular frame-like shape a size larger than the glass substrate to be stored by a pair of frame parts 12a in the longitudinal direction and a pair of frame parts 12b in the width direction, and four supporting members 11 arranged in the inner region surrounded by this frame member 12 under a condition engaging with the frame member 12 and having flexibility so as to place the glass substrate. Each supporting member 11 is composed of an electrically conductive polyethylene foam molded by foaming synthetic resin beads being a raw material under a condition that the beads are coated with electrically conductive particles, and the resin is prevented from transferring to the glass substrate during transportation and storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
