<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a bus bar and its low strength terminal smoothly and surely into a connection box body. <P>SOLUTION: In the bus bar assembly structure of an electric connection box 1 for inserting bus bars 5 and 6 having a plurality low strength terminals 11 and 31 into a connection box body 2, guide parts 14, 18, 32 and 37 are projected from the opposite sides of the bus bar in the arranging direction of the plurality low strength terminals and before the low strength terminals are inserted into the terminal insertion holes of the connection box body, the guide parts are inserted into the positioning parts of the connection box body. At least one or both of the guide parts are tab terminals 14 and 18 and at least one or both of the positioning parts are tab terminal insertion holes. Second guide parts 10 and 13 are provided at one and the other ends of the bus bar 5 and before the guide parts 14 and 18 are inserted into the positioning parts of the connection box body, the second guide parts are inserted into the second positioning parts of the connection box body.
