<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution unit by which heat radiation efficiency can be further improved with a simple constitution, and moreover, a connector mounting part can be simply attached by effectively utilizing a heat radiating case. <P>SOLUTION: The power distribution unit is provided with a circuit configuration 2 having a bus bar substrate 20 and a control circuit substrate 21, the connector mounting part 4 mounted to the circuit configuration 2, and the heat radiating cases 6, 7 for storing the circuit configuration 2 in a state of exposing the connector mounting part 4. The heat radiating cases 6, 7 have metallic upper/lower cases 6, 7. The circuit configuration 2 includes circuit substrates 20, 21 which are respectively arranged oppositely to the rear faces of the upper/lower cases 6, 7. Circuit components 24, 25, and 210a mounted to each circuit substrate 20, 21 are connected to the respective opposing cases 6, 7 so as to be capable of conducting heat.
