<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child-related crime prevention report system that alerts a guardian by notifying the guardian of some possible urgent problem of a child. <P>SOLUTION: A behavior information registration apparatus 2 registers a child ID and data on a behavior schedule of a child in a data server 6. When the child leaves home for school, a radio reading apparatus 3 reads the child ID from a radio tag device 1 and sends the child ID and the current time, that is, the school attendance start time, to the data server 6. The data server 6 computes the child's expected school attendance finish time from the behavior schedule data and school attendance start time. When the child reaches school, a radio reading apparatus 5 reads the child ID from the radio tag device 1 and sends the child ID and the current time, that is, the school attendance finish time, to the data server 6. If the child ID and school attendance finish time are not received even a predetermined time after the expected school attendance finish time, an emergency notification is sent to a guardian.
