PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more screen element transition objects to be operated by using less amount of memory capacity. SOLUTION: A scenario creator produces scenario data in a prescribed format by using a scenario creation device 2a, where a scenario editor is used, for example, and places a scenario main portion and an included scenario control data on a homepage (i.e., uploads them to a server 3A) in a separated or integral form so that a user having an agent device 1 can download them. In the agent device 1, when the scenario main portion is separated from the included scenario control data, the included scenario control data are collectively downloaded and stored in an information storage device; and the scenario main portion is individually downloaded for its operation and stored temporarily, when an autonomous start condition is satisfied.
