PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic load distribution system and a dynamic load distribution method which can distribute load efficiently. SOLUTION: When a plurality of Web servers 15a to 15e in this dynamic load distribution system process a plurality of jobs A to C by distributing, this system monitors response at the outside of Internet 3 and also monitors resources such as CPU usage rates at the servers 15a to 15e side, and distributes jobs to every servers 15a to 15e according to schedule rule 30 established beforehand; furthermore when the system detects a server whose response time becomes delayed going over the threshold value of response rule 31 set beforehand, or when the system detects a server whose CPU usage rate is exceeding the upper limit of server resource rule 33 set beforehand, a server monitoring control agent 20 changes dynamically allotment of a plurality of jobs A to C to each web server.
