PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out accurate machine learning by using learning data suitable for evaluation data in a machine learning system, a machine learning method and a computer program for carrying out machine learning with a teacher wherein evaluation of data is previously artificially provided for respective data in the learning data. SOLUTION: A second feature for selecting learning data from learning data and evaluation data is extracted every time data used as an evaluation object are provided, and the learning data suitable for using it for the machine learning can be selected based on the second feature. That is to say, the machine learning can be carried out by using the learning data suitable for evaluation data.
