PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a microcomputer, and an electronic device which can efficiently use a buffer memory for real-time relocation of image data. SOLUTION: The image processor includes an image data relocation processing part 150 which temporarily stores image data inputted in the order of line base in a buffer memory 160, and outputs it in the order of block interleave. The buffer memory 160 has a capacity smaller than a capacity necessary for storing inputted image data for one image. The image data relocation processing part 150 includes a circuit 180 which, based on a horizontal direction pixel count, decides or changes a processing bank count of the buffer memory, a circuit 172 which, based on the decided or changed processing bank count, writes into the buffer memory 160, and a circuit 174 which writes, based on the processing bank count.
