PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller system for constructing a highly reliable controller system, and for making a personal computer perform a much more complicate arithmetic operation, and for simplifying the controller itself. SOLUTION: In a controller system constituted of a personal computer and a controller so as to be made operable by removing the personal computer at the time of normal operation, an object program being language which can be decoded by the controller related with operation is stored by both the personal computer and the controller, and a source code is stored only by the personal computer, and the both programs stored by the personal computer are referred to at the time of operation and program edition when the personal computer is connected so that the storage in the controller can be reduced.
