PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server system or the like capable of flexibly and safely making a user utilize resource of a sever system. SOLUTION: The management server system 2 receives login request from a terminal unit 1 connected through a network, performs user authentication by using a user ID and password received from the terminal unit 1, and permits the login request if the user is successfully authenticated. The management server system 2 also receives supply request of resources from the terminal unit 1, and determines whether or not the terminal unit 1 at a request side requesting the resource supply has logged-in to the management server system 2. When determining that the terminal unit 1 at the request side requesting the resource supply has logged-in, the management server system 2 proceeds to limit supply of resources shown by the supply request on the basis of determined results about whether or not a observer can monitor a using state of resources.
