PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the amount of pulse delay in any specific section without having to physically destroy an apparatus main body or a case. SOLUTION: A delay amount measuring circuit for measuring the amount of delay in a specific section on a signal path through which pulse signals propagate is implemented as an OR circuit which computes and outputs a logical sum of, for example, pulse signals S1 input in the specific section and pulse signals S2 output from the specific section.
