DOOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door manufacturable by easily adjusting dimensions of a core material to accurately stick a surface material to the core material, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This door 1 is composed of the core material and the surface material 3 arranged on its both surfaces. A peripheral frame is composed of a pair of vertical core materials 2a and a pair of horizontal core materials 2b sandwiched between the vertical core materials. The surface material 3 is stuck to the obverse-reverse surfaces of a core material constituting body 2 arranged with a plurality of short size core materials 2c in the peripheral frame. An elastic body 21 is arranged in the longitudinal direction between the pair of vertical core materials 2a.
