PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene resin composition capable of extrusion-laminating without use of an anchor coat agent and controlling generation of dioxines in an exhausted gas when a composite film containing the resin composition is burned in an incinerator, and to provide a laminated film made by using the resin composition. SOLUTION: This polyethylene resin composition is made by adding an epoxy resin compound (A) of 1-5 pts.wt. and a composition (B) of 3-6 pts.wt., in which magnesium carbonate or calcium carbonate is added to a mixture composed of magnesium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide, to a polyethylene resin of 100 pts.wt.
