PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product adapted to an environment by which a smooth slow-release state is obtained in liquid repellent, aromatic, and deodorizing materials, etc., and continuity is obtained without reducing conventional peculiar effects such as repellence or aroma. SOLUTION: The product includes safe and harmless water glass, such as sodium silicate, as a main agent as a method for considering handleability, stability in quality, stability in work, and safety, etc., since an objective substance is provided with not only slow-release property but also fluidity, low boiling point or a sublimation characteristic. The substance with repellency, aromatic, and deodorizing functions is properly added and mixed to/with the agent so as to obtain a so-called new composite without the occurrence of a phase separation phenomenon. The agent is made into irreversible gel, so as to obtain a form in consideration of not only a slow-release effect but also handleability as the product.
