PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a grass-proofing sheet used for preventing overgrowth of weeds around vegetated trees. SOLUTION: This grass-proofing sheet is composed of a resin component consisting mainly of a biodegradable resin and weed powder. Labor for removing the sheet is also made unnecessary when arboreous plants are grown and grass-proofing is made unnecessary by using the biodegradable resin as a base resin of the sheet.
