PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for cell culture simultaneously observing effects of a plurality of biologically active substances in an immobilized state and a dissolved state in a simple process and to provide a method for producing the kit and a method for screening using the kit. SOLUTION: The kit for the cell culture is composed by using the substrate for the cell culture composed of immobilized regions of the biologically active substances having different combinations and/or different densities of the plurality of biologically active substances and a transfer sheet for the biologically active substances liberating the biologically active substances composed of regions of different combinations and/or different densities of the plurality of biologically active substances.
