The invention consists of a device to give command signals to an electronic device characterised by being comprised of at least one acoustic sensor ( 2 a and 2 b), to be brought in contact with one or more extremities of a user by means of one or more attachments ( 1 a and 1 b), for detecting signals generated in the tissues of the user's extremities as these move, the sensor(s) ( 2 a and 2 b) being arranged to communicate with at least one signal filtering device ( 13 a and 13 b) set up to communicate with the electronic device.
