<p>A method for optimizing manufacturing sequences and computing ideal values and deviations involves comparing the actual values of measuring-, press-, welding-, threading- etc devices with an ascertained ideal value and then establishing the deviation from the ideal value. A sliding average is then computed for several deviations and is then sent via a network to the head control or central control room for display on a monitor and is relayed in parallel via a network to the respective discrete part- manufactures and with a recognizable tendency or deviation from the ideal value the discrete parts are engaged, and monitoring and mass correction of the corresponding discrete parts is put into action.</p> |
