A stopping device to prevent swing doors or windows from closing completely or any framework hinged on one side to close completely on an opposite side. The stopping device involves a rotatable wheel or cylinder made of shock absorbing material that can be readily be displaced from a rest position to enable the ease in closing the door or window without having to remove the stopping device from its mounted position. |
