A spinning valve having an inner valve portion (3) and an outer valve portio n (2), and having multiple inlets (18) and multiple chambers (17) at different heights along the longitudinal axis of the inner valve portion. The present invention also includes a spinning valve (Figure 4) having an inner valve portion (3) and a n outer valve portion (2), with multiple inlets (18) at the same height along the longitudinal axis of the inner valve portion (3) with single or multiple chambers (17) at the location along the longitudinal axis.
