The present invention refers to a process for manufacturing a cove concrete tile, which provides the market with a tile having a suitable thickness and size, and therefore a suitable weight. The purpose of the invention is to provide a type of tile that does not damage the slab of houses and is easily handled by the builder upon placing the same. Moreover, the invention provides a tile with a cost effective maintenance, as it is not covered with moss upon painting the same with a special paint for concrete surfaces, said paint being useful in clay tiles as it avoids the clay to turn black.
