PURPOSE: A method for producing a food product such as soup, stew using a raw shellfish composition and an onion composition as a natural seasoning material instead of a chemical seasoning such as MSG is provided. The produced food product containing soup, stew, hot pot, braised and steamed food, frizzled food, a clear soup with wheat flakes in it or the like can be served with cooked rice after sealing under vacuum or filling with nitrogen and sterilizing and has a long-term shelf life of 1 year or more. CONSTITUTION: A food product is prepared by mixing a raw shellfish composition of raw shellfish and water in a weight ratio of 1:1 and an onion composition of an onion and water in a weight ratio of 1:1. To make the raw shellfish composition and onion composition, 1 to 7 raw shellfishes selected from dried fish, fresh water fishes or shellfishes, sea water fishes or shellfishes and animals are subjected to treatment such as removal of skins, scales, intestines or the like or pretreatment with salt or wheat flour. Then, the raw shellfish and onion are cut and heated with water, vegetables or the like in a cauldron. The soup product is packed with cooked rice and then sterilized at 115 to 120deg.C for 20 to 40min. |
