<p>The food supplement consists of a paste matrix based on polymerised glucides giving it a solid or semi-solid jellified consistency, and one or more added ingredients that have a nutritional and/or physiological effect. The matrix can be based on fructo-oligosaccharides that give it a fibrous structure, and the added nutrients and/or ingredients are selected from extracts of vegetable, fruit, legume, plant and/or animal origin, vitamins, minerals, glucides, protides, lipids, macro-elements and/or oligoelements. Other ingredients in the basic formula include moisturising or diluting agents, emulsifiers, stabilisers or gelling agents, sweeteners, flavour enhancers, colourings and coatings. The product is designed to be made in chewable portions of 10 grams each.</p> |
