The servomotor has a thrust device to transmit forces between a reaction disk (11) and master cylinder of brakes. The device has a support part (20) with plane support surface to be in support against a front surface (S11a) of the disk and a central opening (23) in which a plunger (10) slides. A push rod (22) traverses the opening such that the rod is supported by its convex shaped rear end surface on the front surface. An independent claim is also included for a method of adjusting kick-off of an assistance servomotor.
